DESCRIPTION:As part of Rookie Rippers at Lost Shore\, international surf coach Philippe Malvaux is offering a FREE on-land coaching session for local young surfers. Aimed at experienced surfers\, taking place in our Event Studio\, the masterclass will look at video analysis of some of the world’s best surfers to help improve your surfing. Learn practical skills and tips that you can take into the water with you. \nPhilippe has been working as a high-performance coach for many years coaching the French and Italian national teams as well as for the WSL\, where he was also a judge. \nPlease note the session does not include a surf session and is entirely land-based. \nRecommended Age: 12 – 17 (however\, younger experienced surfers who will be engaged by the session are welcome to join us)\n\n\nTicket booking is required but is free.\n\nClick here for full Rookie Rippers Programme.

As you dance to the hypnotic beats of organic\, afro and deep house music\, light artist Flolux will envelop the room in immersive visual landscapes\, weaving colour and light into the space. Flo Litchfield’s work transforms environments into sensory journeys\, using light to shift emotions and deepen your connection to the moment.\n\nWhen the music softens\, you’ll transition into 30 minutes of deeply restorative sound healing. Wrapped in blankets on your mat\, let the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and chimes carry you into profound relaxation and inner stillness.\nPlease bring your own yoga mat\, blankets\, and pillows to create your sanctuary for the sound healing journey.  \nThis session takes place in our Event Studio. Guests are welcome to enjoy Lost Shore before or after the event – enjoy food and drinks served in our Canteen restaurant\, book a surf lesson prior\, or unwind in our sauna or spa! \nPLEASE NOTE: Sound baths are NOT RECOMMENDED if you have a pacemaker.
