Jo will guide you on a soothing sonic journey using crystal singing bowls\, Tibetan bowls\, chimes\, gong\, and ocean drum to create immersive layers of sound that support rest\, balance and inner connection. \nPlease bring your own yoga mat to lie on\, plus blankets\, pillows\, and an optional eye pillow so you can get completely comfortable. No experience is needed –  just come as you are and let the sound carry you. \nThis session takes place in our Event Studio.
