Hosted by Ceannas CEO Lewis Ledingham\, panelists include former Scotland rugby captain Stuart McInally\, and Lost Shore’s Director of Surf and Hospitality Lee Wood\, offering perspectives drawn from sport\, aviation\, and world-class hospitality. \nGuests will have the option to participate in a surf lesson\, experiencing the waves in a hands-on\, engaging way that reinforces themes of flow\, focus\, and resilience. After earning over a decade of international experience\, including leading Scotland through major championships\, he transitioned into aviation and is now pursuing a career as a commercial pilot. Stuart brings a unique perspective on high performance\, psychological readiness\, and leading through change\, drawing from both elite sport and aviation. \nLee Wood is the Director of Surf and Hospitality at Lost Shore\, where he has built and leads high-performing teams delivering world-class surf and hospitality experiences at Europe’s largest inland surf destination. Known for shaping strong culture in fast growth environments\, Lee focuses on clarity\, accountability\, and empowering leaders to perform at their best. Lee is also the co-founder of Narosa Surf School\, an award-winning surf destination\, where he built teams from the ground up and established operational excellence that drove both performance and guest satisfaction. His experience spans scaling teams\, maintaining culture\, and turning passion-led operations into high-performing businesses. \nJane Dennyson is the Founder and CEO of Thrive Consulting Services\, where she works with senior leaders and investors to build resilient\, future-ready businesses amid rapid economic\, environmental and societal change. With a background spanning commercial strategy\, sustainability and complex supply chains\, Jane is known for translating uncertainty into clear\, practical decisions that strengthen commerical performance and long-term value.
