This free-form dance and sound healing experience begins with 75 minutes of uninhibited movement to a live DJ set by Jo Klass —no rules\, no choreography\, no judgement. Just you\, the music\, and the freedom to let your body express exactly what it needs to. As you dance to the hypnotic beats of organic\, afro and deep house music\, light artist Flolux will envelop the room in immersive visual landscapes\, weaving colour and light into the space. Flo Litchfield’s work transforms environments into sensory journeys\, using light to shift emotions and deepen your connection to the moment.\n\nWhen the music softens\, you’ll transition into 30 minutes of deeply restorative sound healing. Wrapped in blankets on your mat\, let the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and chimes carry you into profound relaxation and inner stillness.\nPlease bring your own yoga mat\, blankets\, and pillows to create your sanctuary for the sound healing journey.  \nThis session takes place in our Event Studio. Guests are welcome to enjoy Lost Shore before or after the event – enjoy food and drinks served in our Canteen restaurant\, book a surf lesson prior\, or unwind in our sauna or spa! \nPLEASE NOTE: Sound baths are NOT RECOMMENDED if you have a pacemaker.
