That means kids of all abilities are welcome — from beginners catching their first waves to kids already riding unbroken green waves. \nThis is a 4-week program where kids sign-up to either Monday or Friday sessions for a 4-week block\, ensuring consistent time in the water and steady progression. DESCRIPTION:We’re stoked to bring back the Lost Shore After School Kids Club — the perfect way for young surfers to stay active\, build confidence\, and progress their surf skills in a fun\, supportive environment. \nEach session runs on one side of the pool\, with opportunities to surf both in the bay and on the reef. That means kids of all abilities are welcome — from beginners catching their first waves to kids already riding unbroken green waves. \nThis is a 4-week program where kids sign-up to either Monday or Friday sessions for a 4-week block\, ensuring consistent time in the water and steady progression. Over the course of the program\, surfers will develop their skills\, grow in confidence\, and have plenty of fun with their friends. \nOne block: £160 per child\nSpaces are limited — book early to secure your spot! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDaily Schedule\n\n\n\n\nCheck-in: \n\nArrival at Lost Shore reception by 4pm\, where you will check into your lesson.\nWe’ll then kit you out with all your gear at the wetsuit desk\, then give you directions on where to get changed and meet your coach.\nEach daily session runs for 1.5 hours\, with a combination of on-land and on-water coaching.\nPick up at 6:15pm.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSurfers will learn: \n\nBoard handling and paddling technique\nHow to pop up with correct take-off and surf stance\nHow to catch waves and progress to unbroken waves when ready\nProper surf stance and turning\nHow to navigate the line-up\nWork through a structured programme of surf levels so they know how to progress and feel a sense of achievement as they do.\nFun surf tricks & games with the group\nAt the end of the 4 weeks\, every child will receive a certificate of achievement to celebrate their progress.

DESCRIPTION:Unleash your inner winter warrior with an outdoor strength and conditioning training session that’ll get your muscles working and the blood pumping. This will be followed by a cold plunge and sauna recovery session (included in ticket price). \nWhat to expect: \n\nOutdoor group workout led by personal trainer\nWarm-up\n40 minute whole body session with battle ropes\, kettle bells\, and bodyweight exercises\nCold plunge\n30 minute sauna session\n\nEvent details: \n\nPlease arrive 10 minutes early to get situated and to change if necessary.\nChanging rooms\, toilets\, hot showers and lockers are available onsite.\nPlease pack your swimwear to change into for a cold plunge (optional) after the workout and sauna session.\nFlip flops or crocs are optional but recommended.\nPlease bring two towels – one for the sauna and one to dry yourself with.\nBring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout.\n\n⁠It is essential that you let Alex or the Spear team know in advance if you have any injuries or medical conditions that would affect your ability to partake in the bootcamp. \nIn the event of adverse weather or fewer than 6 bookings we will get in touch to refund or reschedule. \nCome and bag those endorphins with us! \n£20pp – 90 minute session
