Whether you’re a seasoned sauna goer\, a surfer fresh off the waves\, or someone who’s never tried sound before\, you’re welcome here. \nThe session begins with a short guided meditation to help you arrive and settle. From there\, you’ll be led through a sound journey using a range of instruments. Deep vibrations\, gentle rhythms\, and moments where you can fully switch off and let the heat\, sound\, and breath drop tension\, quieten mental noise\, and help you feel more spacious in your own skin. \nThe combination of sauna and sound is powerful but deeply grounding. This will be followed by a cold plunge and sauna recovery session (included in ticket price). \nWhat to expect: \n\nOutdoor group workout led by personal trainer\nWarm-up\n40 minute whole body session with battle ropes\, kettle bells\, and bodyweight exercises\nCold plunge\n30 minute sauna session\n\nEvent details: \n\nPlease arrive 10 minutes early to get situated and to change if necessary.\nChanging rooms\, toilets\, hot showers and lockers are available onsite.\nPlease pack your swimwear to change into for a cold plunge (optional) after the workout and sauna session.\nFlip flops or crocs are optional but recommended.\nPlease bring two towels – one for the sauna and one to dry yourself with.\nBring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout.\n\n⁠It is essential that you let Alex or the Spear team know in advance if you have any injuries or medical conditions that would affect your ability to partake in the bootcamp. \nIn the event of adverse weather or fewer than 6 bookings we will get in touch to refund or reschedule. \nCome and bag those endorphins with us! \n£20pp – 90 minute session
