DESCRIPTION:Join Foundation Training instructor Mike Guest and osteopath/breath coach Adam Harker for an evening of surf\, movement\, and recovery at Lost Shore. Thursday\, 5th June @ 6.30 pm. (arriving 6pm).\n\nStart with land-based paddle coaching led by Adam\, focusing on posture\, breathwork\, and paddling technique to reduce pain and increase performance in the water. Then head into the wave pool to put it all into action on the Turns Right @ 7pm\n\nAfter the surf\, wind down with a Foundation Training session guided by Mike — a powerful bodyweight method designed to decompress the spine\, realign movement\, and build lasting strength.
