Your Wi-Fi code is on your welcome card in your accommodation.
There is a tablet on the wall next to the bathroom where you can control the lights, heating, and the blind behind the bed.
Heating
Using the tablet on the wall, click on the heating tab to control the central and underfloor heating. If you prefer, there’s a remote above the wardrobe that controls the central heating.
Blinds
To open and close the blinds above the bed, click on the blind tab on the wall tablet. To open and close the door blind, this is done manually using the pull cord.
Chrome Cast
Make sure you are connected to the lodge Wi-Fi, turn on the TV, and scroll down to the connect tab on the home screen. Click on this and scan the QR code. You should then be taken to a connect screen on your device, and you will be able to cast what you like.
Late Night Noise
We are committed to providing a peaceful environment for all our guests. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Any disruptive behaviour, including excessive noise, may result in a warning or possible removal from the resort.
Fire Safety Instructions
Fire safety is our top priority. Each accommodation unit is equipped with fire safety information, including evacuation routes and muster points. Please read these instructions carefully upon check-in and familiarise yourself with the emergency procedures in case of a fire or other emergencies.

On departure, please return your key to the keybox.
