We’ll begin with a short, energising yoga flow to get you grounded and feeling good in your body, before moving into the sauna for a powerful thermal journey of steam, heat, banging tunes and cold plunges. Expect waves of sauna steam, traditional birch whisking, and refreshing cold buckets. With the music doing the heavy lifting, you’ll have the freedom to move, unwind and enjoy the experience in your own way.
