Unleash your inner winter warrior with an outdoor strength and conditioning training session that’ll get your muscles working and the blood pumping. This will be followed by a cold plunge and sauna recovery session (included in ticket price).
What to expect:
- Outdoor group workout led by personal trainer
- Warm-up
- 40 minute whole body session with battle ropes, kettle bells, and bodyweight exercises
- Cold plunge
- 30 minute sauna session
Event details:
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to get situated and to change if necessary.
- Changing rooms, toilets, hot showers and lockers are available onsite.
- Please pack your swimwear to change into for a cold plunge (optional) after the workout and sauna session.
- Flip flops or crocs are optional but recommended.
- Please bring two towels – one for the sauna and one to dry yourself with.
- Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout.
It is essential that you let Alex or the Spear team know in advance if you have any injuries or medical conditions that would affect your ability to partake in the bootcamp.
