We are thrilled to announce the launch of the ‘Lost Shore Surf Screenings’ a monthly celebration of short films and surf culture, taking place in our Event Studio! Join us for an exciting line-up that showcases a wide array of short films, complemented by live Q&A sessions with filmmakers and surf legends.
To commemorate the release of the 50th anniversary of Echoes, George Greenough had the original version of the film and soundtrack re-scanned and remastered into stunning 4K. The resulting product is incredible. The six pack is headed up by 5 short films which George has made along the way. These films are guaranteed to put a huge smile on your face as you get treated to the view as George weaves through the tube. Enjoy a glimpse into the fun of hanging out and messing around with the crew. Hear George talking about the varying degrees and stages of wiping out. Plus enjoying the fun of cruising around in old cars during the mid-60s. The epic 22-minute edit of Echoes will transport you back in time to a very special day at Lennox Point. This newly remastered version of Echoes by Ray Argall is truly mind blowing. The Pink Floyd sound track never sounded so good. The positive energy that the combined visuals and sound bring are truly next level.
We will also open with a screening of the short Keep on Keeping On featuring 3 x Scottish Surf Champ Eric Davies, who will also be joining us.
This screening will include a live Q&A with Andy Fielding.
