Sink into a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and guide you into a peaceful meditative state.
A sound bath is a form of sound healing where you simply lie down, relax, and allow therapeutic vibrations to wash through the body. Jo will guide you on a soothing sonic journey using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gong, and ocean drum to create immersive layers of sound that support rest, balance and inner connection.
Please bring your own yoga mat to lie on, plus blankets, pillows, and an optional eye pillow so you can get completely comfortable. No experience is needed – just come as you are and let the sound carry you.
This session takes place in our Event Studio. Guests are welcome to stay and enjoy Lost Shore after the event – enjoy food and drinks served in our canteen restaurant, book a surf lesson, or unwind in our sauna or spa!
