This 60 minute practise is focused on warming up the body, lungs & mind while enhancing strength, flexibility, balance and breath control through yoga, functional movement, mobility & breath technique.
Lisa Shaw has been teaching for 23 years and is trained in yoga, mobility, functional movement, martial arts, calisthenics, dance, breath work & meditation. Lisa works with anyone from off the couch through to athletes in helping manage stress better in our everyday lives and high intense situations to help reach sustainable peak performance by integrating a 4 pillar system, movement, breath, mindset & recovery. Her want to train in a wide spectrum of movement patterns came about from her passion for surfing, long distance open water swimming, movement & martial arts. Lisa’s approach is fun, accessible and inclusive in a way that lets you understand your individual capabilities and teaches you to ignite the intelligence of the human body.
