Hosted by Ceannas CEO Lewis Ledingham, panelists include former Scotland rugby captain Stuart McInally, and Lost Shore’s Director of Surf and Hospitality Lee Wood, offering perspectives drawn from sport, aviation, and world-class hospitality.
Guests will have the option to participate in a surf lesson, experiencing the waves in a hands-on, engaging way that reinforces themes of flow, focus, and resilience. Additionally, behind-the-scenes resort tours provide insight into the operations, culture, and high-performing teams that make Lost Shore Europe’s leading inland surf destination.

Both groups are welcome to stay at Lost Shore afterwards to enjoy the resort at leisure. Relax with food and drinks overlooking the waves in the waterfront restaurant and bar, or treat yourself to a spa experience.
Speaker Bio’s
Stuart McInally is the former Scotland rugby captain and long-serving Edinburgh Rugby leader known for his resilience, adaptability, and ability to bring the best out of teams under pressure. After earning over a decade of international experience, including leading Scotland through major championships, he transitioned into aviation and is now pursuing a career as a commercial pilot. Stuart brings a unique perspective on high performance, psychological readiness, and leading through change, drawing from both elite sport and aviation.
Lee Wood is the Director of Surf and Hospitality at Lost Shore, where he has built and leads high-performing teams delivering world-class surf and hospitality experiences at Europe’s largest inland surf destination. Known for shaping strong culture in fast growth environments, Lee focuses on clarity, accountability, and empowering leaders to perform at their best. Lee is also the co-founder of Narosa Surf School, an award-winning surf destination, where he built teams from the ground up and established operational excellence that drove both performance and guest satisfaction. His experience spans scaling teams, maintaining culture, and turning passion-led operations into high-performing businesses.
Panel Host
Lewis Ledingham is the CEO of Ceannas, a leadership development firm focused on cultivating high-performance leaders and teams. He brings extensive experience in leading large, diverse teams and driving organisational growth. Lewis is known for his people-centred approach to leadership and his ability to create environments where individuals and teams can perform at their best.
