Red Bull Sessions heads to Lost Shore for an evening built around surf, progression and good energy.
This relaxed, community-focused surf event gives surfers the chance to share the water with their heroes, with Ben Larg leading the line-up and more names still to come. Expect six 30-minute surf sessions with the pros, plus breathwork, mindfulness and mobility workshops running alongside the action, before an optional expression session, BBQ and afterparty to close out the night.
This is not a traditional contest. It’s a jam-style surf session designed to bring people together, keep things fun and help surfers push their level in a laid-back setting.
What to expect
No heats. No pressure. Just surf.
Across the evening, surfers will rotate through six 30-minute sessions with the pros, while breathwork, mindfulness and mobility workshops run in parallel to keep the energy balanced on and off the water.
Then at 9PM, anyone wanting to turn things up can jump into the optional expression session, with prizes up for grabs. From there, it rolls straight into the BBQ and afterparty from 10PM.
