Women’s Turns Coaching Day (Left)
For women surfers keen to progress on unbroken green waves in our Turns setting. This day offers expert coaching, video analysis, and support from an all-women group. Throughout the day, you’ll work closely with the same experienced coaches, who will tailor each session to your goals. By the end of the day, we’ll refine your stance and balance for better control, improve your positioning on the wave, generate more speed and flow, and build confidence linking manoeuvres.

- 2 Surf coaching sessions
- 1 Video analysis & Theory session
- Small group size with the same coaches all day

Takes place on our Turns setting on the Left.

What to bring:
Bring your swimsuit and towel. Wetsuits and foamie surfboards are included, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Hybrid and hardboard surfboards are available for rent from the Lost Shore Surf Shop.
Itinerary:
9:30AM: Arrival and meet coaches
11AM: Turns (left)
12:30PM: Lunch break
2PM: Video analysis and feedback with coaches
4PM: Turns (left)
