On joining, you will be added to the Lost Shore Surf Club Member tier so you can access new products and rates on the website.
In addition you will find a Member E-Card in your profile which can be used to validate discounts on site.
Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and the details are stored in your Lost Shore profile.
Notes:
- Anytime and weekday packs must be purchased separately, are for individual use by the member only and are valid for 12 months.
- A member must be staying in each discounted accommodation unit booked.
- Pack prices are subject to periodic review and may change.

FAQs
How does the membership work?
Our memberships are annual, so you will be able to enjoy them for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once you pay the annual membership fee you will have access to member only discounts and exclusive products, both online and on site.
How do I access the member benefits?
Everything ties with your Lost Shore profile. Becoming a member means that your profile will get upgraded with a tier, and two things will happen:
- Member only products will be displayed in the Lost Shore Surf Club page, like the surf packs, club sessions and special events.
- Your ID card, available in your Lost Shore account (My Personal Information), will allow you to get member perks on site: surf shop, rentals, cafe-bar…
- For accommodation and wellness, you will get an exclusive code that will get updated regularly.
How does the surf pack work?
The surf pack is the main surfing perk that club members have. It allows to buy personalised packs of surf lessons and sessions for a discounted rate, the more you buy per transaction, the more discount you will get.
There are two types of surf pack; the peak (Monday to Sunday) and the off peak (Monday to Thursday).
Can I share my membership with someone else?
Memberships are non-transferable and linked to your ID card to keep things fair for all members.
Are vouchers, surf packs and codes transferrable?
No, vouchers, surf packs and discounts are for exclusive use of the member.
Are there benefits for my friends and family?
Currently, our memberships don’t offer any specific perks for friends and family, but they can enjoy some of the benefits with you like the accommodation discount.
Is there a cancellation policy?
You can cancel monthly memberships with 30 days’ notice unless it has already been used. Annual memberships may have early termination fees.
Can I change my membership?
If you wish to change your membership you can contact info@lostshore.com. There may be an admin fee.
Can I freeze or pause my membership?
No, memberships are annual and cannot be paused.
