Transport to resort/car park
If you require support with your luggage during check out, please call 01506 376860 and let them know when you’re planning to leave. Please give as much notice as possible. Please note this service is only available from 8am – 10am.
Chrome Cast
Make sure you are connected to the lodge Wi-Fi, turn on the TV, and scroll down to the connect tab on the home screen. Click on this and scan the QR code. You should then be taken to a connect screen on your device, and you will be able to cast what you like.
Late Night Noise
We are committed to providing a peaceful environment for all our guests. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Any disruptive behaviour, including excessive noise, may result in a warning or possible removal from the resort.
Fire Safety Instructions
Fire safety is our top priority. Each accommodation unit is equipped with fire safety information, including evacuation routes and muster points. Please read these instructions carefully upon check-in and familiarise yourself with the emergency procedures in case of a fire or other emergencies.
