Spear Sauna in Edinburgh
Lost Shore Surf Resort now features Spear Sauna, a wellness experience that provides a public bookable wood-fired sauna.
Featuring a friendly reception area, a storage area to leave your gear, and a sauna with a large window overlooking the cove. There’s also two waterfall buckets that you can use to cool down and feel invigorated.
Public sessions are booked in 30 minute or 60 minute slots, or you can book a 60 minute private session.
