Surfing has the potential to improve the health of a nation. And our Wellbeing in the Workplace Workshop is meticulously designed to harness the therapeutic advantages of surfing.
Hosted by Dr Jamie Marshall, Social & Health Innovation Lead, and Suzi Hadden, Educational Outreach Manager, this unique day features a coached surf session in the bay, blending physical activity with mental wellbeing. Introducing a positive psychology approach, we guide participants through evidence-based breathing exercises, cultivating essential skills and insights to educate people about the importance of mental wellbeing.
Our comprehensive follow-up materials ensure that the conversation around wellbeing extends beyond your visit to Lost Shore.

• Coached surf session in the bay
• Wetsuit & equipment hire
• Two interactive guided knowledge sessions

• Introduction to positive psychology in the work place
